1. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, project details, account information, service requirements, support details and technical information required to operate our services.
- Accounts: name, business name, email, phone number, username and authentication information submitted during registration or sign-in.
- Business tools: contacts and leads you upload or enter, customer conversations, campaign content, delivery records, support requests and files or images you submit.
- Registration workspaces: authorised users may submit student and parent names, date of birth, gender, address, phone, email, roll numbers, Aadhaar numbers and supporting document images. These fields belong to the selected registration workflow; they are not required just to install the app.
- Finance workspaces: invoice, fee, receipt and transaction records entered by authorised users. The Google Play app does not offer message-credit recharge purchases.
- App operation: notification registration tokens, device model, Android version, package information and technical request/security logs. Android handles optional biometric authentication; GS Nexus does not receive your fingerprint or face template.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide requested services, manage accounts, process support requests, improve service reliability, prevent misuse and meet legal or platform requirements.
3. Communication and consent
GS Nexus uses customer-provided contact details only for service discussion, support, billing, updates and lawful business communication. We do not support unsolicited spam or purchased contact lists.
4. Sharing of information
We may share the minimum information necessary with service providers such as hosting, payment, analytics and security providers. We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law or to protect users and our services.
Depending on enabled features, providers include Google Firebase/Firestore for storage and notifications, Vercel for hosting/storage, Meta WhatsApp for business messaging, Twilio or Resend for authentication or email delivery, and connected Google Drive for files. AI-assisted replies or creative tools may send the submitted prompt and relevant conversation/business context to OpenAI. Do not submit identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information to AI tools. Website payment services are separate from purchases in the Google Play app.
Messages you choose to send are shared with their intended recipients. Workspace administrators can access records within the workspaces they manage. Providers may process information outside your country under their applicable terms and safeguards.
5. Storage and security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and secure server-side credentials. No internet service is completely risk-free, so users should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, accounting and legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by contacting us. Some records may be retained where legally required.
For account closure and associated personal-data deletion, use the account deletion request page or follow our web deletion instructions. The email option works without reinstalling the app. Requests require ownership verification; submitting a request does not immediately erase data. Support will explain the scope, timing and any specific retention exception before completion. You may also request correction or deletion of particular personal data without closing the account.
7. Your responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information, content, files, access credentials or business material shared with GS Nexus for service delivery.

We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The latest version and effective date will remain available on this page.
